Zhang Mingchao was elected Director of the China-EU Association (CEUA)

On March 31, 2021, The 4th Meeting of the Council of European Union Association (CEUA) in China was held in Beijing. Liu Qibao, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), was elected chairman of the China-Europe Association council and delivered a speech. Liu Qibao issued HNCA Party Secretary and Chairman Zhang Mingchao with the certificate of director. Zhang Mingchao spoke on behalf of the economic council during the meeting.
